Please see below the days and times for our drop in groups running at Millom Family Hub. There is no need to book just come along.
Baby Explorers (6 months to 1 year) – Monday 10 – 11am
Little Learners (2 years to 5 years) – Monday 1.30- 2.30pm and
Friday 1-2pm
Little Explorers (1 years to 2 years) – Tuesday 1.30-2.30pm
Bumps to Babies (Antenatal to 6 months) – Thursday 1-2pm
Infant Feeding Support Group – Friday 11am-12pm
We also offer Infant Massage and Great Expectations (antenatal sessions) as 5 week programmes, you can self-refer for these by contacting the centre or email
We also offer a variety of targeted support around emotional resilience for 0-19’s, Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit (DART) for adults and young people and Solihull Parenting Programme.
